Yes. DTC is Digital Transformation Company, based in Opatija and working with clients throughout Croatia and the EU — websites and web apps, AI agents, automation, AI training and custom software.
Depending on scope, usually 1 to 3 weeks. Presentation websites are quicker; complex portals with integrations take a little longer. We agree a more precise deadline on the discovery call.
We agree the deadline before starting and include it in the proposal. If we miss it because of something on our side, you do not pay for the build. If we are waiting for your copy, photos or access, the deadline moves by the same number of days. We tell you straight away rather than letting a delay go unmentioned.
Yes. We adapt the scope to each budget, from sole traders to medium-sized businesses. What matters most is a clear problem that technology can solve.

Yes. We work with most SaaS tools through their APIs — HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and more. If an API exists, we can connect it.
We are based in Opatija and work with clients throughout Croatia. Most work is delivered remotely and quickly. When a project needs an in-person meeting, we travel within the region and the EU.
Usually 40% at the start, 40% midway and 20% at the end. Larger projects are split into milestones. We accept EUR bank transfers and cards.
