Contact form data

When you send an enquiry, we process your full name, email address, company if provided, selected service and message. We use this data only to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and continue the conversation you initiated.

Email delivery

The contact form uses Resend to deliver messages to our business email address. In this process, Resend handles the technical data needed to deliver the email.

Analytics and performance

The website uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to help us understand basic site usage and loading performance. These tools help us find technical issues and improve the user experience.

Data retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed to process the enquiry, prepare a proposal, manage business correspondence and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of personal data. Send your request to info@digital-transformation-company.hr.

What to expect from our first conversation

Prepare a short description. Choose a task or process, list the tools you use and prepare a safe example without sensitive data. Passwords and private documents are not needed.
We talk for 30 minutes, free of charge. We discuss your goal, current workflow and main obstacles, then see where DTC can help.
We agree on the next step together. If it makes sense to continue, we define a specific scope. The scope and terms of an AI audit, workshop or development project are agreed separately from the free conversation.
